Welcome to this powerful and life-changing Challenge to help you create a mindset foundation of health for yourself.

Over these 14 days, you are going to learn and take actions on concepts and ideas that will make you think, open your mind and better prepare you for change in any aspects of your life.

Each daily lesson will be focusing on how you can think better.

How to get started

  • Join us right away in our Team Asijiki Facebook Group to interact with fellow challengers and share your progress.
  • You will receive an email with instructions at 5am after registration.


Every day, for 14 days you will receive an email from us containing do-able and effective actions on how to take control of your mindset once and for all. You can look forward to getting:
